CHICKEN IN ROSEWATER WITH CRUSHED NUTS & HONEY



Ingredients

chicken breasts                     4

olive oil                                1 tablespoons


For the coating

Honey                                   5 tablespoons

chopped nuts                      300 g

(hazelnuts or almonds)

Rosewater                               3 tablespoons


method

Preheat the oven to hundred 90°C

To make the coating.

Mix together the honey, Rosewater and nuts, leave to stand watching is cooking.

Wash the chicken pieces thoroughly, coat the chicken with  a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil & season well .

Cook in the oven at 190 degrees for approx.20- 25 mins.  

Remove from oven and coat with the honey nut mixture and put back in the oven for another 10-15 mins at 190 the coating should be slightly brown starting to go crisp.
